In the fall of 2017 I noticed the same limiting beliefs popping up in my journal over and over, and was still struggling with the same mental and emotional baggage "stuff" from the very beginning of the year.

I knew that if I wanted to get out of my own way and actually make progress on my life and business goals, I’d have to make some big mindset shifts because literally the only thing holding me back was myself.

I realized I was waiting for someone or something to give me permission to make the big and little changes that needed to happen.

So I decided to give myself permission!

I named this program Permission to Shine because I literally need the daily reminder that I have permission to go for whatever is on my heart.

So this is your permission slip too!

Permission to own your power.

Permission to be healthy, vibrant, strong, love your body AND want abs.

Permission to make your energy a priority.

Permission to turn fear/scarcity into LOVE/abundance.

Permission to speak up for yourself, to set boundaries and give yourself what you need.

Permission to GO FOR IT.

PERMISSION TO SHINE is about finding out who you really are, what you really want, and taking action to create a new reality that’s in alignment with your authentic self.

We use health and fitness as our path to mental and physical transformation!

Self motivated!!! Motivated by a challenge and seeing/feeling results! You know you will be able to follow through on your goals and intention.

You’d describe yourself as ambitious, driven, possibly a little type A but are curious about “woowoo” spiritual stuff and exploring the inner work like journaling, visioning, intuition, feminine energy.

You’re already working out semi-consistently and want to take your fitness to the next level and challenge your body. You know what you need to do and eat to feel your best, but you’ve fallen out of your groove and/or need a little extra accountability and motivation.

You’re 18 or older and live in the US, Canada, or United Kingdom and are not currently working with or assigned a Beachbody coach.

This is not for you if...

  • If you’re healing or recovering from an eating disorder

  • Complete beginners or new to health and fitness.
